    WHAT IS QUALITY INTELLIGENCE

    A practice and a framework that expands Quality Engineering

    THE PROBLEM

    We produce faster than we understand.

    AI has multiplied the amount of code, tests and changes we generate. Our ability to understand what changed, where the risk is and whether we are ready to release has not grown at the same pace. The bottleneck is no longer producing: it is understanding.

    WHY TODAY'S APPROACH FALLS SHORT

    We measure activity, not confidence.

    Testing, QA and Quality Engineering generate evidence, but the context to interpret it is scattered: in the code, the tickets, the incidents and in a few people's heads. We count tests, coverage and green pipelines. And because we don't know where the risk is, we keep choosing between quality, speed and cost.
